Hi!
5 cows, thats not low rated:-) but only buy the tucows guysthink it is very well known, so how can it be top rated?
one point for you.
See it as words of enthusiasm and why not some marketing talk
it is public non-tech...The statement does what it should do
it brought Avant Browser to my attention and for this alone it
payed.

top notch app written in Delphi/BDS2006 download and install the
avantbrowser, a cool shell written around the IE engine that adds a lot
of what MS is hoping to add to IE7, but with a lot more features
including tabed browsing that is actually better than the current
version of Mozilla.
btw, it's free, though they ask for donations.
http://www.avantbrowser.com they also work with roboform.
"Try Avant Browser, the top rated multi-window browser in Internet,"
Top rated by whom? It is great that there is a nice browser written in
Delphi 2006 (using IE?), but why the hyperbolic marketing talk? I don't
think it is very well known, so how can it be top rated?
