Don't know why that is reverent. It is extremely unlikely that someone will
be using such an old version of Windows without an IE update installed that
doesn't already have the Jet-4 engine available. Even if it isn't available
there is no need to distribute it with shareware - just have them download
and install it from Microsoft's site. Plus the Jet-4 engine is available on
Vista so your Delphi app will live on in the future.

When using the Wise Installer, the combined size of the Delphi app and it's
Access database with quite a lot of data is so small, I find that almost
always I can get the entire setup exe on a single floppy, the Wise installer
is very efficient at compressing the Delphi app and it's database. How many
other databases you know of that will do that?
