The Freepascal project has released a Win64 version of it's Pascal
compiler:

When can we expect the dcc64.exe from Borland?

I (for one) hope it is not released until it is completely ready.

It would be nice is DevCo could get away from the
"new version every year" model and only release
a new system when it contains substantial improvements.
This may not be economically feasible.
