Yes, Finland is part of the Scandinavia, but Finnish language is a member of the Finno-Ugric language family as is Hungary. The other languages in Scandinavia (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian) belong to the North Germanic languages (also called Scandinavian languages).

FYI Finnish is one of the most difficult languages in world and you should never try to learn it if you want to keep your sanity.
