I would still like to know if anyone has any idea of what this means. On the surface I think it is BS as almost everyone has added features in updates, even Microsoft (XP-SP2 for example). Larry O'Brien is a bit of a control freak (see the About topic on his page if you wonder) and he may just be blowing smoke.
