So true so true... The amount of trouble and development time involved in just getting up and running something basicly of TMainMenu complexity in Javascript is staggering - recent occurence here ;)
And the worst of it is that odds areit will have to be worked on again when some major webbrowser gets a major upgrade...
There are definetely things to be improved there, and a company like DevCo could leverage advantages in real-world cross-browser support (client-side javascript coming from MS usually doesn't work so good with Firefox, and Firefox represents close to 40% of the browser marketshare in some countries, and can't be ignored).
