Depends on what you mean near future. We are working on ways to do
additional localizations and achieve localization releases closer to
the English release.

Could that mean using po files, like most applications proceed? This, or a similar approach, would allow users to create the translations themselves which could be a real boost to localization of Delphi. And that would also allow us to fix the mistakes we see in the translations (I've spotted a few in the French, I'll QC that as soon as I can).
