No, that's pretty accurate and one of the things hampering us for
updates to our IDEs. I'm really hoping that everything goes according
to plan and "DevCo" is a privately held company without the attached
hassles of SOX for public companies.

My personal opinion is that SOX is probably the worst thing to ever
happen to publicly held companies in the US. It's an example of an
overreaction pushed through because of too much press hype, and a
dmonstration of the value of the principle of the wheels of government
turning slowly. Most people probably consider it an overreaction now,
and it's now going to be a much higher effort to redress its mistakes.
