How would they know? Joanna is suggesting making one price for everyone,
just making it a bit higher than you would otherwise have done.

It may be illegal to charge more for credit card transactions, but is it
legal to charge the same price + costs? You are charging the same price,
but you are informing your customer that they are responsible for any costs
incurred by their choice of payment method.

I should be a lawyer ;-)
