Re: The optimal size of a Software Development Team


My current project will involve around a dozen small teams split over 4 companies (and one of the companies is internally split almost like company splits).

We're intending (ie we've been told) we will be managing this with scrums (and scrum of scrums etc).

I'll let you know how well that works :-)
