Component Rankings, Startup Advice and other random tidbits

Up until now my development has been private (custom) apps. I am
considering starting a new commercial software startup... and yes I may use
Delphi for development. Part of me says go with other tools, but gosh I
like the speed of app development in Delphi. Anyone know of any good
blogs/forums for discussing the tribulations of developing commercial
software (other than joelonsoftware)?

Free association: I yearn for the days of Delphi Informant's Readers Choice
awards.

I am looking for a good licensing component. Recommendations?

Also, any anti-cracking suggestions?

Regards,
Ron
