Delphi is a language that, at the moment can be used for both Win32 and .NET
1.1.
C# can only be used for .NET 1.1 and 2.0, depending on whether you get
VS2003 or VS2005.
Whether you change to C# will depend on whether you want to move to .NET
development or not.
Learning another language can never do any harm and does increase your
chances of employment.
