Ask in a Delphi newsgroup and you will undoubtedly get the opposite reply to
the one you would get in a CSharp one :-) The only person who can answer
your question is yourself.

Points to consider are
1) What ratio of C# jobs to Delphi jobs are there where you are?
2) Do you want to do C# development?
3) Which pays the most?

The questions I find most important though are

1) How secure is your current Delphi job, will you be okay for another year
or two?
2) Why not learn C# in your spare time and just be "a developer" rather than
"a Delphi developer". I find having more than one skill makes me much more
employable :-)
