No, you don't need to add a new entry. The current one is fine.

OTOH, I can't reproduce this in either VCL or VCL.NET.

If it were opened now, it would just get closed as "Can't reproduce"

We need to get a broader perspective on what causes it to fail
so we can make the report more accurate and get it opened.

I've reposted it to
borland.public.delphi.language.delphi.general
as "can you reproduce"

Once you have a consistently reproducable case, post to the qc group
and ask to have the report opened.
