Unless the teller is keeping a work backlog, it doesn't need to know that, when a transaction happens, just store the last image in the queue, it will be the image of the customer (which will be the last person that moved in front of the teller/camera before the transaction).
If the person isn't a customer, then said person will move away at some point and no transaction will have occured for that picture, and the next customer's image will overwrite it when he moves in.
