Depends on your distribution model. If you will be doing the selling online
through a shareware provider like regsoft or regnow, then look at what they
offer. Regsoft has built-in support for Armadillo (name has changed) which
is very handy (they automatically generate the key for you on-buy).

I too recommend joing ASP, even if you're not going to offer it as
shareware. *Lots* of good stuff to learn there for selling software.
