He probably meant to say that a 15% drop in execution speed is a small
penalty to pay for his productivity increase. If not, DevCo might
consider slowing their compilers down. With a little work, they could
probably make one that works at 50% efficiency.
Is DotNet that much a productivity increase over Delphi? So far, the only
real increases I've experienced have been Reflection (which has made my
Framework development easier). Everything else is either behind Delphi or
about on par...
