It's not in the product, but AQTime has incredible IDE integration.

And a totally ridiculous price tag.

I disagree with the premise, hence IMO it's not worth the effort
especially if you want the compiler to advance.

This is possible only if you never want the interface sections of the
VCL to never change ever.

I personally don't see why that needs to be the case. That's like saying that
you can't issue new versions of DLL's once there are programs using the old
versions. If DCU's truly can't ever be forward or backward compatible in the
same manner, I'd say that is a serious design flaw in the DCU format.
