Given there's a quite big performance penalty on those checks, they're
IFDEF'd out the full FastMM. Given that the out-of-the-box manager
comes precompiled on the RTL, it's not very easy to support conditional
compiling.
Memory Leak check enabling was turned from a conditional compile to a
runtime conditional check, cause it didn't take that much a performance
bite. Would be interesting to find a way to support everything else.
