I've long argued that QC should treat feature requests and bug reports
differently and separately.
I've also argued that there is a /lot/ of information that could be
gathered from the system that isn't being gathered. "I can reproduce
this", "I do/don't want this feature request", "I looked at this", etc,
etc, etc.
