That's an interesting idea.

Very interesting. You could make several Enterprise features work this
way. But you'd probably want to make it an option and not enable it by
default as you might have some angry users who didn't realize the
constraint.

Obviously there are some higher-SKU features which are only *useful*
in the IDE, so you couldn't do it across the board. But the general
idea is great.
