With so less information I guess that nobody will be able to help you.
You will have to provide more infos :

What Delphi personality are you launching ?
What Kind of project are you running ? (Win32 , .Net , ASP , C# ...)
Do you have third Party components installed ?
Do you have experts Installed ?
Have you tried to disable these 3rd party comps / Experts ? Does your issue still raise ?
Can you reproduce your issue with a sample project ?
