Users doing this, while not nice, I can understand. But Tech Support
staff should know better. Especially ones who you've been trying
patiently to train to collect meaningful information for diagnosing
problems. This particular person seemed especially resistant to
training.
She would also often send me e-mails which made me think "I know all
the words look like English, but this must be a different language
entirely. I can't understand what she is trying to tell me here!" (and
yes, English is her native language). I'd then respond with 5
questions, and she'd answer only one of them (usually leaving the most
important questions unanswered).
It makes me realize why Rudy Velthuis enjoys programming so much. It
really can be like pulling teeth. :-)
