I don't agree with this at all. Win64 is the natural extension there as
well.

I do agree with this. ;)
4) A fair portion of former Delphi developers has left Delphi in favor of
VS/C#.
It's tough to say how many have left. I think this is a problem, but
not one that is insurmountable.
You also forgot JBuilder, Interbase, etc. as part of the DevCo investment.
