service department and you told a caller "works for me", "quit
complaining", "I'm happy with it", etc., you'd be looking for a new
job in about 10ms. Our CS reps are not allowed to say those things,



1. Borland forums, and specifically non-tech is not the official tech
support for Borland or DevCo.
2. The saying "the customer is always right" just doesn't apply when
the customer is rude.
