£0.02 worth ($0.037998) from a recently converted hobby programmer.
From past experience, I don't think that the price in EU (or even
worse, British £) can be compared by converting currency at the current
exchange rate.
Unfortunately for users in the UK in particular, Borland have in the
past pretty well translated price in $ directly to price in £ or price
in Euro. If this is the case, then a US price of $399 seems very
reasonable.
I hope Devco have some new ideas about converting prices, as £399 ($758)
isn't likely to set things on fire over here, at least not at the hobby/
"occupational programmer" level.
Happily, $0.00 = £0.00 no matter which way you look at it ;-)
