It's certainly a much better indicator (especially considering that
there's multiple tools/deployments for .NET from multiple vendors) than
someone saying it's "irrelevant" without providing any evidence of that
at all.


I would be very curious to see what sales will be like this time next year,
particularly when BDS 2007 comes out, and see what the percentages are
between Turbos and BDSs...

(in other words, I have a gut feeling that a lot of users would prefer the
one language to the bundle, but have no proof and sales figures would be the
best indicator of it IMHO)
