If you need to re-install after that, you pick up the phone to Borland and
ask them to increment your limit, they do so, you install.

So far, every report I've heard of people having to do so is that there has
been no problems, no hassles.

OK. A bit of a bother but I suppose I can see the reasoning in it.
It will make "installation day" a little longer is all. Is this a
24/7 phone line I'm calling?
