1. Unicode VCL
No 9x compatibility please. If somebody still needs it in 2008, they can use Delphi 7 or 2006).
2. Win64
Open the future for Delphi
3. .NET 2.0
Since Win32 IDE uses .NET (and you refuse to get rid of it), it will be much better even for Win32 developers if IDE will use decent .NET (2.0 has much better CLR hosting support, which will hopefully improve BDS stability)*
4. Update for WinAPI headers (if you lack the resources, open community project for that - but bundle its output with Delphi!)
5. Support for new features of common controls in 2000, XP, and Vista. Support for new common controls of XP and Vista
6. Templates/generics
7. In VS2005 you don't need to install components in the IDE, all components from the current project appear there automagically - I want this in Delphi
8. Better .rc file handling (it would be nice to have support for resource strings similar to Visual C++)
9. .lib file linking (using MS-style libs, not Borland COFF)
10. Also I'm worried that you support too many obsolete technologies, and this diverts you from developing new stuff. It's time to get rid of BDE, Win 3.1 controls, DDE, ActionBars.
* - come on, how much longer should we wait for .NET 2.0 support?
