How about ZIPing the Delphi 7 help and making it available for download?

The Delphi 7 help is a good starting point for RTL and VCL documentation, however there is a bit that D7 help already had lost, and that's the language documentation.

Last comprehensive language documentation was for Turbo Pascal, I mean something that explains the syntax, the constructs in a human-readable and understandable way, and not just the "fragmented bits and cheat sheets" that it became in D7.
