Better than a new system, I would rather use an other viewer. H2Viewer from helpware is quite cool http://helpware.net/mshelp2/h2viewer.htm
far better than MS's dexplore.

An other possibility would be to create an help window deeply inside the IDE (all the interfaces to access help 2.0 content are published in a type library)...
I have had this idea on my todo list for at least 3 months but I don't have much free time to develop it. I am sure that some money could be done this way...
