I'm interested to know if those third party tools will be made available
to registered users who already purchased BDS 2006. Will they?

Are they crippled products or the full versions?

I remember RoboHelp advertising a $500 value you could get from them. It
was simply a time trial of their software. When I asked them if the $500
value was a coupon or something off the purchase of the full product they
said there was no discount.
