When will we be able to buy Turbo Professional licenses?

According to the Turbo Explorer readme file, upgrading to Turbo Professional should be as easy as purchasing a license and adding the e-mailed key to the License Manager.

Presently none of the major Borland shops have this option.

I really like to buy Turbo Delphi 32 Pro to replace my D6 Ent. When will I be able to buy such a license?
