Using this info I created my own iso
I did nearly the exact same thing. However, I did this for each of the four products, extracting each install to a separate folder and copying the extracted prereqs.zip into each folder.
In addition, I downloaded the 27 Camtasias available yesterday, and extracted each into their own folder. I also downloaded the various videos from TurboExplorer, such as ECO is Child's Play and World of Objects.
All in all, I believe I ended up with a /very/ nice DVD to distribute last night at the Little Rock .NET User's Group meeting.
I was disappointed that the CD label is in PDF. Since I use CD labels that have two per page, the only way I could print the label was to take a screenshot, crop it down, and insert it as an image into my label software. Copying the contents out of the PDF and pasting them didn't work well at all. Perhaps someone has a better suggestion, as the resulting printed label was poor quality. (I used a 1200 dpi color laser printer but I'm pretty sure my screenshot was only 72 dpi.)
