Software Delivery Optimalization?

Software Delivery Optimalization... As seen in big big letters on Borland's home page.
Well, it is sad to see that Borland was not able to optimalize the delivery of its own software (Turbo range) due to its own red tape.
It is an embarrassment that Borland's own web shops and resellers were not up to speed at the launch of an excellent product like Turbo.
It is a shame that well established 3rd party tools (JCL/JVCL, Developer Express Subscription) were not properly tested. People who bought the Pro version just to use these tools are left hanging dry.
It is even sadder to see that the great efforts of individuals like Nick H., John K. and others are crushed by Borland's bureaucracy.
Let's hope the rumoured Devco will be more customer oriented.
