I am foreseeing great problems with activeX.

64-bit COM servers will need different Guids and names
in the registry than their 32-bit counterparts.

AFAIK it isn't possible to use IFDEFS in the type library
editor. Having to maintain separate TLB files for 64
and 32 bit would be a terrible burden.
