about things that still may happen and worry me even more today, and
things that become more likely the longer this process drags on. We
keep hearing "something soon" but the something soon always turns out
to be smoething else, and not soon at all.

hand, people investing in DevCo would not want to overpay for it
since DevCo might not raize at all. Tiny balance, ah? So I think it
is lawer talking which takes so long and DevCo team cannot do much
about it and therefore it is unfair to blame them for this.

We're not blaming DevCo for the situation. Its the over optimism that
is one problem which leads to a public who in the end feels misled. The
best DevCo can do is "manage" it, and that needs improvement from the
public side.
