After opening a project, wait until all hard disk activity has stopped.
Then you can press F12 to switch into code editor or work with your
project. This also seems to increase the stability of the IDE. I wonder if
some background thread gets interrupted, if you switch into code editor
too early? Or only a part of the things the thread does, makes it into the
structure window?
If you still get those errors (probably because you didn't wait long
enough), open the Options dialog from the Tools menu and then click OK.
This fixes it for me most of the time. But sometimes I have to restart
Delphi.
