Doh, of course.

Actually I had the opposite reaction--what, businesses don't have governance
issues? Thay don't Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Testers? What
nonsense; of course they do. The breakdown isn't all that different from VS
Team System (http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/teamsystem/default.aspx). Or
compare IBM/Rational's breakdown

The briefness of the article and the fact that it's simple nonsense points
in other directions: Borland hasn't gained any traction with Core SDP, and
so is telling its sales force(s) to go back to what they were doing before:
selling the individual pieces. And that, when you read it, is what the
article actually says: "Borland will be refocusing its marketing and sales
on these new piecemeal solutions instead." If the roles those pieces
individually target didn't actually exist, that would hardly be a likely
response.
