Half a smiley would probably have been in order. I am pretty sure the
tabs were made with Delphi.

But the Together part is created with Microsoft Visual Studio. If
Borland prefers the competing IDE to create part of their own IDE why
would we the customers not do the same?

The old Borland would have eaten its own dog food.
