Turbo Delphi made with???

Hello all,

First of all, I must say that I am a very pleased Turbo Delphi Pro customer.
Everything seema ok but I feel a need to say something :o) The tabs in the
IDE are looking cool but when I try to insert one in a form I get that old
tab look. Maybe Turbo Delphi was made with Delphi 7 and Raize Components?
:o) It is a sad thing to see that the IDE uses controls that are not
availiable to the developer....
