This is not correct.

So how do you create J# code in Delphi? Or did you guys write Together
in Delphi and then automatically convert it into J# to get the best of
both the Java and .NET worlds in terms of snappyness and memory usage ;)

And correct me if I am wrong but wasn't the Starteam part also written
in Microsoft Visual Studio?

If all of those turn out to be native Delphi applications, I owe you an
apology.
