I don't remember the exact issue - but CF is a bit closed. .NET itself
is not. Everything in 3.0 is even more open than 2.0 and 1.x, which
were already submitted in full to ECMA and such docs are public.

The Mono guys built and IDE, the SharpDevelop guys built an IDE.. The
Python guys are running on .NET..

IMO, it's important to get DevCo off the ground and the best way is to
remain profitable and re-solidify their customer base. Once the
