What I don't get is why you'd move your development platform onto a
beta release of an OS...? Apps /built/ with Delphi can run on Vista
just fine. Why move the development platform to Vista? (You can do
what you please, but I just don't get that part.....)
Some apps *can* run fine on Vista but not all - not necessarily Delphi's
fault I hasten to add. See my previous responses in this thread.
I understand that the main reason for wanting BDS installed on Vista is to
be able to debug the app while it is running on Vista.
Can this be alternatively achieved using remote debugging?
Are there some things you can't do in the remote debugger?
