The Future might be Flex 2

I love D7. It's the best IMHO, but it isn't hot. Sad!

In view of the myopic D7 discussion underneath and as a model for CodeGear
what about this:

Open API, can do desktop stuff:

.... yes, I know, "Flash is bad", wrong - a bit of research will show you it
has greater potential than anything in the future.
