the CodeGear staff is too small to be able to compete with Microsoft:
Well considering CodeGear doesn't market Operating Systems I don't really
see a correlation.
If we're talking about their Visual Studio team however, I don't really see
what
you mean because their IDE is extremely good and it took BDS 2 Updates and
8 hotfixes to get comparable speed and robustness.
