I have downloaded the trial version and will try my hand at building a simple app. I have a few projects that I am getting pressure to deliver a web interface.

I think, PHP is a the best choice for the begin of web development. CodeChare Studio produces object orientited code and the IDE is like Delphi. So you will not have many problems.
