who are more productive, knowledgeable, easier to train, and more

than the rest of them.

And they are usually the ones that get laid off, mostly because they make
their job look so easy that a caveman could do it. The incompetent
nincompoops that look like they are always busy (because they are always
chasing a problem of their own creation) usually have the most job security.
