That is an important concept. It would help to replace and/or
deprecate features that can be simplified or which are not
worth their complexity. There used to be a concept of
orthogonally with regard to properties of different data types
that was recognized to simplify the learning of a language.
I would like to see this recognized in the discussions like
the recent ones on the begin - end clauses. --JohnH
An example: Maybe FillChar should be renamed to FillMem.
