Yes, I'm seeing this too, but only in modal dialogs (where it's very often
the Alt key is used!). Don't have a work around as yet.. going to be
difficult to resolve as we use runtime packages, and Borland/CodeGear says
we can't rebuild & distribute their packages. I'm sadly not hopefull they
will fix it for D2006 either if past history is any indicator.
